Position Summary
The Director of Product Operations will be responsible for operationally leading the RhiKnows, Repair tracker, Ctek configurator, and Ask Rex software business by coordinating product development, customer implementations, engineering priorities, and cross-functional execution.
This individual will serve as the operational leader for the RhiKnows platform, ensuring product initiatives move efficiently from concept through customer delivery while aligning engineering resources, sales priorities, customer feedback, and executive objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Product Operations Leadership
• Lead the operational execution of the Rhino Tool Houses AI platforms.
• Own product planning and execution processes.
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritization process.
• Coordinate quarterly product roadmaps.
• Establish scalable operating procedures.
Development Leadership
• Serve as RTH's primary operational liaison with software development partners.
• Coordinate sprint planning, development prioritization, feature scheduling, release coordination, user acceptance testing, documentation, bug management, and quality assurance.
Customer Deployment Leadership
• Own deployment planning and onboarding.
• Coordinate training and go-live activities.
• Track adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive usage of Ctek Config. And Repair tracker through set up.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Work with Sales, Marketing, IT, Service, Development, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Ensure alignment around product priorities.
Product Governance
• Maintain documentation, release notes, SOPs, knowledge base, feature documentation, and implementation standards.
Product Analytics
• Develop executive dashboards for ARR, customer adoption, deployment cycle time, feature utilization, customer health, product quality, and support trends.
• Present monthly business reviews.
Sales Enablement
• Support product releases, demos, competitive intelligence, sales training, customer success stories, and implementation consistency.

Qualifications
• 10+ years leadership experience
• Manufacturing or industrial technology experience

• Preferred: SaaS, Product Operations, Agile, ERP/MES, AI or Digital Manufacturing experience
