The Impact You'll Make

As Director of Operations, you will serve as a key operational leader responsible for managing and improving the company's day-to-day operations during a period of rapid growth and increasing organizational complexity. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll work across teams to improve coordination, drive accountability, and ensure operational processes run effectively across the business.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on operational execution, process management, and cross-functional support. You'll oversee critical operational functions spanning IT, Information Security, Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing Operations, Facilities, and operational support related to legal and commercial processes.

You'll lead and support a growing operations team while helping establish the structure, workflows, and communication processes needed for teams to operate efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced operator who thrives in lean, high-growth environments and enjoys building scalable processes that directly impact company performance.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to improve operational execution, accountability and organizational scale

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of operations, business operations, revenue operations, or related operational leadership experience

  • Prior experience managing teams and developing people leaders (this is not a first-time manager role)

  • Strong operational leadership experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments

  • Experience supporting or owning operational processes related to RevOps, Sales Ops, commercial operations and commercial contract reviews

In addition to the annual base salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus paid out quarterly.
