Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your
Director of Nursing (RN) leadership and expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols that align with our company's mission and vision.
Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction and oversight to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols that align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care and develop plans to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
- Develop and manage budgets for nursing supplies, medications, and other related expenses
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks
Director of Nursing (RN) Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) nursing licensure in the state of Missouri.
- Current/Recent nursing management/supervisory experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing/senior living or related setting.
- No weight restriction assisting the care of our residents
- On-call and other duties required
