Director of NursingJob Summary:As a Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and results-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of skilled nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in post-acute rehabilitation to ensure the highest level of care for our patients
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion within the nursing department
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation
Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for driving results
