2. Brand Stewardship & Creative Oversight

  • Brand Integrity: Serve as the ultimate guardian of the corporate brand, establishing frameworks that ensure absolute consistency across all physical offices, digital footprints, and external pursuits.
  • Digital & Content Strategy: Oversee the internal and external creative teams responsible for the creation of digital assets for website content, social media, intranet platforms, and multimedia storytelling in support of the Communication strategy.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the design and execution of high-impact recruitment and retention marketing campaigns in lockstep with the TA team to sustain rapid personnel scaling targets.

3. Culture & EVP Amplification

  • Storytelling the "Why": In close collaboration with the Communications team, capture and amplify the real stories of our workforce and community impact initiatives, turning everyday operations into compelling content that drives employee fulfillment.
  • Change Management Support: Utilize marketing mechanisms to keep a rapidly growing, geographically dispersed workforce connected to the core company values.

4. Major Events, Trade Shows & Conferences

  • External Trade Shows & Industry Expos: Partner with Business develop for the end-to-end strategy, creative design, booth production, and execution for industry trade shows and external conferences—positioning the company as an industry leader and supporting B2B market expansion.
  • Corporate & Leadership Summits: Direct the logistics, branding, stage production, and event collateral for major internal conferences, annual leadership summits, and company-wide celebrations in close partnership with the Director of Communications.

  • Relationship Architect: Exceptional emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills; able to seamlessly pivot from talking corporate strategy with executives to discussing local pursuits with business unit managers.
  • Growth Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; possesses the agility to scale infrastructure without losing creative edge or brand control.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's or advanced degree a plus).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a significant leadership or director-level capacity.
