  • Manage Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
  • Ensure production meets customer demand and delivery deadlines.
  • Enhance production speed, quality, costs, inventory, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage suppliers and refine the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with engineering to streamline new product manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 quality standards and track operational KPIs and budgets.
  • Help implement a new ERP system and improve overall manufacturing processes.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Coordinate closely with executive leadership and the production floor.
Full Job Description
Client needs someone to own and manage the company's manufacturing operations and make sure products are built efficiently, on time, at the right quality and cost.

What you will do:
  • Manage Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
  • Make sure production can meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
  • Improve production speed, quality, costs, inventory, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage suppliers and improve the supply chain.
  • Work with engineering to make new products easier and more efficient to manufacture.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 quality standards. ISO/IEC 17025 experience is a plus.
  • Track operational KPIs, budgets, and manufacturing costs.
  • Help implement a new ERP system and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Hire, develop, and lead strong teams.
  • Work closely with both executive leadership and the production floor.
