What You'll Lead- Talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and employment branding
- Performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Compensation, benefits, leave, training, and employee-engagement programs
- Employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, and compliance
- HR analytics, organizational planning, and continuous process improvement
- A responsive and collaborative HR team focused on exceptional service

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Masters preferred.
- SPHR/PHR certification required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing experienced preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, project-management, and influencing skills
- Tech Save leader with Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and ATS Software's
- A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 (Depending on Experience)
