We are seeking a
Director of Finance for Greenspring, our premier community in Springfield, VA, home to more than 1,900 residents. This community is part of
Erickson Senior Living, a recognized market leader in senior housing and continuing care retirement communities, uniquely positioned for significant growth over the next several years-making this an exciting time to join our organization.
This person will be a key member of the
Executive Leadership Team. This role is both strategic and hands-on-responsible for ensuring financial excellence while partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, mitigate risk, and support long-term success. This is an opportunity to step into a

How you will make an impact- Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community
- Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and efficient financial processes
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Identify and help mitigate business and enterprise risks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support effective financial operations
- Coach, develop, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning
Compensation: $135,000 -$150,000 per year
What you will need - Minimum of 7 years in a related/similar industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
- CPA is a plus
- Critical thinking ability required. Must be able to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues
