How you will make an impact
  • Source, evaluate, and pursue land acquisition opportunities for continuing care retirement community development in strategic markets nationwide.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, consultants, and public officials to identify and advance development opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for broker agreements, LOIs, PSAs, and other transaction-related documents while managing external partners and consultants.
  • Conduct market evaluations, site assessments, development underwriting, and financial feasibility analyses in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage due diligence efforts, including environmental, engineering, title, survey, regulatory, zoning, and entitlement reviews.
  • Partner with development teams to execute entitlement strategies and mitigate permitting and development risks.
  • Provide ongoing analysis, recommendations, and project updates to deal teams, and present investment opportunities and acquisition recommendations to executive leadership.


Compensation: $180,000 -$200,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus and incentives

What you will need
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisitions, entitlements, real estate development, or a related field.
  • Experience managing development opportunities across multiple markets; national or regional scope preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of zoning, land use, entitlement processes, engineering plans, and commercial real estate development.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills, with a track record of advancing complex transactions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling recommendations.
