At the crossroads of people, process, and technology, this leader will guide the orchestration layer of transformation. This role includes aligning priorities, managing complex initiatives step-by-step, and enabling important decisions across a linked organization. You will advise senior executives, influence strategic direction, identify key trade-offs, and promote harmony between internal leaders and external System Integrator (SI) partners.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex, global transformations, experience partnering with Product, GTM, Sales leaders and excels at navigating matrixed environments to translate high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do- Define and drive the overarching strategy, ensuring every initiative is anchored to Adobe's long-term business priorities and value-creation targets.
- Link enterprise objectives across front and back-office functions to outline scope, highlight essential trade-offs, and support informed executive decision-making.
- Partner with executive leadership to secure early agreement on strategic outcomes, success metrics, and value realization.
- Influence high-stakes discussions across multiple functions while balancing speed, risk, and long-term impact.
- Establish decision forums and prioritization frameworks that resolve bottlenecks, manage cross-team dependencies, and keep work moving at pace.
- Translate intricate business and technical challenges into clear priorities, actionable achievements, and rigorous success metrics.
- Operate with high credibility in a matrixed environment, getting results through expertise and relationship-building instead of relying on formal authority.
- Partner with functional and change management leaders to build readiness strategies and communication plans that ensure long-term adoption.
- Encourage a culture of shared ownership through clear role definition, consistent communication, and relentless follow-through.
What you need to succeed- 12-15+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformations or large-scale strategic operations within complex, global organizations.
- Proven experience partnering with Product, GTM, and Sales leaders to drive large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage at the C-suite and SVP level, driving high-stakes decisions and navigating matrixed environments through expert influence rather than formal authority.
- Outstanding ability to convey complex technical or business challenges into clear, executive-ready narratives that build consensus.
- Excellent strategic judgment and emotional intelligence, with experience navigating organizational dynamics and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, surface critical trade-offs early, and foster alignment before issues arise.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,200 -- $299,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $207,000 - $299,700
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
