Qualifications

• Engineering leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with union labor contracts preferred.
• Required licenses or certifications such as HVACR, EPA, Certified Pool Operator.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
