Full Job Description
The Director of Catering is responsible for the overall management of event and licensee sales channels which will include venues/arenas, catering, promotional events, international and domestic licensees, and other sales opportunities. This critical hire will be part of the leadership team and lead a critical sales channel to multiple seven figures in top line sales as well as provide input to strategic decisions that affect the sales department and ultimately, the growth of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Outside Sales and Licensees: Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting potential business partners and licensees (international and domestic), leveraging relationships to maximize product distribution and revenue.
  • Sports Arenas and Venues: Establish partnerships with sports arenas, concert venues, airports and similar facilities to offer our product line at their events, enhancing our brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Catering and Special Events: Manage inbound catering requests as well as collaborate catering companies, event organizers, and other relevant stakeholders to secure our beverage offerings at private and public events, further diversifying our customer base and revenue streams.
  • Business Development Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans for business growth, and ensure alignment with the company's short- and long-term goals.
  • Market Analysis: Continually monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform our business development strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and customers, representing the Swig brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of the beverage market and latest industry trends
