QUALIFICATIONS: - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible accounting or financial management experience required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in K-12 public school finance or governmental accounting preferred.
- Knowledge and application of governmental accounting standards, budgeting, auditing, and internal controls required.
- Computer proficiency including financial management software required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required.
- Valid Drivers License required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Manheim Township School District is seeking an exceptional, strategically minded Director of Business Operations to lead district-wide financial and business operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this key executive will direct the annual budget development process, oversee complex fund management, including direct supervision of the Food Service fund and Director, and drive operational excellence across all Business Office functions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling expertise, a deep understanding of PDE/GASB compliance and statutory reporting, and proven leadership skills to deliver board-ready financial information that supports the district's educational mission.
