Head of Aftermarket | Mining & Mineral Processing | North America Drive Growth. Shape Strategy. Lead the Future of Aftermarket Services. An industry-leading global OEM is looking to appoint a Head of Aftermarket to lead its Parts & Services business across North America. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer value throughout the equipment lifecycle. You'll take ownership of a well-established aftermarket business while driving its next phase of growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence and customer-centric innovation. Supporting customers across the mining and aggregates sectors, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding service offerings, strengthening customer partnerships and developing a best-in-class aftermarket organisation. The Opportunity Reporting into senior regional leadership, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the North American Parts & Services business, leading strategy, commercial execution and operational excellence across both the USA and Canada. Your focus will be on accelerating profitable growth by expanding aftermarket solutions, including service agreements, rebuilds, upgrades, digital solutions and technical services, while helping customers maximise equipment performance, reliability and productivity. Working closely with commercial teams, product specialists and distribution partners, you will strengthen market penetration, improve customer engagement and ensure the organisation is recognised as the partner of choice throughout the entire equipment lifecycle. Alongside driving commercial performance, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and champion safety, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the North American Parts & Services business, delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth. Develop and execute the regional aftermarket strategy across mining and aggregates customers. Grow recurring revenue through service contracts, upgrades, rebuilds, digital solutions and value-added services. Build long-term strategic customer relationships through consultative, value-based selling. Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process improvement and digital tools. Partner closely with sales, product management and channel partners to maximise commercial opportunities. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing, customer-focused leadership team. Champion a culture centred around safety, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. About You We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record within mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial equipment. You'll bring: Significant leadership experience within aftermarket, services or equipment lifecycle solutions. A proven ability to develop and execute commercial growth strategies. Strong understanding of mining, crushing, screening, mineral processing or heavy equipment markets. Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Excellent commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across global and regional stakeholders. Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering measurable customer value. Location The role can be based anywhere in the USA or Canada, with preference given to candidates located close to a major international airport hub.
