Job Title: Director, Marketing, Skincare

What You Will Do:As the Director of Marketing for the Skincare category, you will define the strategic vision and go-to-market execution for our skincare portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, increase market share, and deliver innovation that resonates with the modern consumer.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the strategic plan for the skincare category, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and financial targets.
- Product Innovation: Partner with R&I and Global Marketing teams to lead the new product development (NPD) pipeline, from consumer insight generation to launch execution.
- Integrated Marketing: Oversee the end-to-end 360-degree launch strategy, including digital media, influencer partnerships, PR, and retail activation.
- P&L Management: Own the skincare category P&L, managing A&P budgets, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Consumer Insights: Leverage data analytics, market research, and social listening to identify emerging skincare trends and white-space opportunities.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of brand managers and specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Education, Supply Chain, and Digital/E-commerce teams to ensure operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in Beauty or CPG, with specific expertise in Skincare category management.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in P&L management, budget allocation, and ROI analysis.
- Innovation: Experience driving successful product launches from ideation to retail shelf.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing experience in the digital world, (i.e., social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line) highly preferred.
