  • Own performance reporting infrastructure: dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI frameworks across all marketing functions

Marketing Technology & Data Infrastructure
  • Enhance digital infrastructure and integrations to unify data across the Martech stack - including Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, Adobe, and emerging AI platforms

  • Ensure data governance, hygiene, and integrity across the full marketing data ecosystem
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize Martech tools to drive efficiency, scale, and smarter insights

Marketing Operations & Lead Flow
  • Oversee the Lead Flow & Systems pillar - driving end-to-end lead flow, sleep flow, renewal workflows, and system integrations in partnership with CS
  • Build scalable marketing operations processes: campaign operations, budget management, QA, and cross-functional workflows
  • Establish and maintain a lead scoring model that drives smarter pipeline prioritization and upload decisions
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure marketing-sourced pipeline meets quality and velocity targets

AI-Native Culture & Innovation
  • Champion an AI-native, test-and-learn mindset across the marketing organization - driving agility, accountability, and innovation
  • Support the development and scaling of agentic marketing workflows, including campaign optimization, intent scoring, and automated reporting
  • Identify and pilot emerging AI and automation capabilities that accelerate growth and reduce manual effort

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations - ideally in a B2B enterprise software or SaaS environment

Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong command of marketing attribution, multi-touch modeling, pipeline analytics, and campaign performance measurement
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, and agentic workflow concepts - comfortable leading AI adoption initiatives
  • Exceptional ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Cross-functional collaborator with strong influence skills - able to align Finance, Brand, CS, and Sales around shared measurement frameworks
