Title: Director - Key Accounts, Liquidator Chains

Division: L'Oréal USA - All Brands

Reports To: VP, Sustainability, No Waste Officer

What You Will Do:

The Liquidation Chain Lead & 2nd Life Channel Specialist is a unique role that provides an individual with the opportunity to be both a business owner as well as a key contributor to total Remonitization effort resulting in customer facing experience. This is a very unique role as the individual will manage and sell products across all divisions. There will be high visibility internally and exposure to all functions, teams, divisions. This individual will be the forward facing representative with key liquidation chain retailers. In this unique role, your work will be broad, ranging from developing channel strategy, pricing guidelines, business recommendations, to working collaboratively and presenting and representing the team with partners at all levels of the organizations, to project management and presentation to customers and internal senior leadership.

Key Tasks:

  • Key contributor with the development of selling stories, reporting, presentations, and administrative responsibilities for the liquidation channel.
  • Further develop LUSA presence in this channel through the expanding existing relationships and also identifying new business opportunities. Develop strategy for new opportunities, establish relationships with prospective customers, and craft proposals for leadership review.

  • Manage all aspects of account management and planning.
  • Build budget, forecast and trend updates. Responsible for meeting established forecast, goals and KPIs set up for each customer.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach and build a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders at Liquidation chain customers
  • Analyze and define the growth levers relevant to customer with specific focus on the shopper, remonitization p&l and clearance norms
  • Create and drive channel strategy that protects and values, the brand DNA, strategy and pricing requirements as aligned on collectively with the brand teams.
  • Be the expert on all category analysis for this channel. Build the channel strategy and annual distribution cadence and calendar for all LUSA brands.
  • Drive the business as customer leader, by collaborating with multifunctional team and animating peer functions: marketing , supply chain, finance, category development. High level of project management.
  • Lead with an achievement-oriented mindset
  • Build and achieve the customer plan and results for the customers in this channel.
  • With support from the 2nd life channel operations support, own the analysis of sales, inventory, promo and cascading to teams. Provide direction on the development of inventory and sales reporting for all initiatives and key opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications/experience:
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in commercial

  • Superior time management, project management and prioritization skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
  • Being present in the office three days a week is considered an essential function of all office-based roles for eligible full-time employees.

Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
