What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Director, IT Data & Reporting Technology to join our team! The Director, IT Data & Reporting Technology is a senior strategic and technical leader responsible for the vision, architecture, and continuous advancement of Trillium's data and reporting ecosystem. This role drives the design, implementation, and proactive governance of enterprise reporting platforms - spanning Business Intelligence, data warehousing, DevOps pipelines, and emerging AI-enabled analytics.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain reporting and analytical (Business Intelligence) systems - including functional architecture, systems design, and program specifications that meet organizational and user needs
  • Analyze complex business needs and recommend technical solutions - translating requirements from end users, clients, and leadership into actionable IT deliverables
  • Manage IT-led projects - overseeing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendor relationships, and contractual deliverables
  • Develop and validate project scope, resource estimates, and completion timelines - including oversight of system tests, releases, and turnovers with advance notification of outages
  • Develop data models, stored procedures, and business rules - including database modifications, data dictionaries, and middleware implementations
  • Design and maintain data reporting platforms and tools - including SQL/SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, SSMS, and third-party solutions for both operational and strategic reporting

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience leading Technology, Quality Management, or Analytics teams.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Degree in Information Technology/MIS, Healthcare, Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Public Administration, Education, Government, Law, or similar disciplines
  • Masters or Advanced degree
  • One or more certifications such as data-related Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), MSCE, CGEIT, CSPA (CAS), Predictive Analytics Certificate (SOA) Machine Learning / AI Certification, ITIL v3, or equivalent certifications will be accepted
