Job Description:
The Director, Integrated Media Planning is one of the most exciting and impactful roles within our organization. This leader will oversee integrated planning for a top 20 global B2B brand at the forefront of AI innovation, driving what's next in the category. Leading multi-million-dollar, full-funnel campaigns in partnership with OMD and global client teams, the Director brings the agency's vision to life through strategic thinking, thought leadership, and breakthrough ideas. With a passion for emerging technology, media, and culture, they develop integrated solutions across social, content, data, mobile, and other evolving channels to create meaningful brand connections and drive business results. As a key leader, the Director helps keep OMD ahead of client expectations and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications
Graduate of a four-year college or university
10+ years of integrated media planning experience
B2B experience
Audience strategist
Content and media partnership expertise
Track record of handling big client ambitions
Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning
Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners
Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent
Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levelsNew York: $90,000.00-$215,000.00
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
