Full Job Description
What You'll Do

The IT Director is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT infrastructure and support functions globally for Authentic Brands Group. This includes directing all IT infrastructure and support operations to meet company and internal customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and the development of new technical solutions. The IT Director will set the strategy for how infrastructure technology needs to be utilized globally in addition to being operationally focused. This position is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited resources and budgets to maximize performance and contribution.

What you'll be working on
  • Responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure (network and systems), operations, projects, and ongoing user support.
  • Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into every initiative-enhancing automation, decision-making, and user productivity. Identify practical use cases, govern responsible adoption, and partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI in ways that deliver measurable business value.
  • IT infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, systems maintenance.
  • Organization development and management, budget management, people development and management.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion apparel industry and operation
  • Global organization alignment.

  • Audio Visual system support including digital signage
  • Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions.
  • Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing infrastructure by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Keeps abreast of new technology relevant to the company's security and infrastructure.
  • Responds to the needs of a 24/7 operation, as needed.
  • Responsible for data backups. Specifically, the regular occurrence, integrity, and periodic test restores of the backups to make sure data can be recovered successfully.
  • Directs and prioritizes the workload of IT Infrastructure and support teams
  • Participates in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.


Must Haves
  • At least 8 - 10 years of professional experience in organization management and global project management
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (graduate degree a plus)
  • Experience with global scale IT infrastructure project management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong technical ability including report creation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize
  • Proven ability to lead company-wide projects

Primary Location Salary Range:

$175,000 - $200,000
