Job Overview:

We are a growing government contractor seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources. You will continue building our foundational HR infrastructure and advise Executive Leadership on all aspects of Human Resources. This role requires a blend of government contracting compliance expertise with multi-state operations, total rewards strategy, and overall Human Resources experience.

Key Focus Areas
  • Foundational HR: Design and implement scalable HR processes.
  • GovCon Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and defense contractor regulations.
  • Benefits Strategy: Partner with brokers on renewal options and lead open enrollment.
  • Compensation Strategy: Build a program that drives growth and rewards performance.
  • Systems & Leave: Oversee the Paylocity HRIS platform and multi-state leave administration.
  • Multi-State Operations: Manage employment laws across 10+ states.
  • Team Leadership: Guide an HR colleague focused on recruiting and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve complex issues and foster a positive corporate culture.
