HR Director - Candidate Profile Position Summary Infinity Communications is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Director to lead all aspects of Human Resources for a growing, multi-state organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, supporting leadership, and remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations rather than managing a large HR department. As a small business, the HR Director will wear many hats and serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership while ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping scale the organization. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience serving as an HR Manager, HR Director, or senior HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance
- Experience supporting organizations operating in multiple states
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite Workforce Management or other enterprise HRIS platforms
- Experience implementing or improving HR systems and processes
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience supporting field operations or distributed workforces
- Experience with performance management, compensation planning, and employee development
- Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition

Responsibilities
- Lead all Human Resources functions across the organization
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning

- Support compensation and benefits administration
- Lead annual performance review and goal-setting processes
