Overview

The Connected Media Growth Organization accelerates Groupe transformation through the development and execution of strategies that support high-growth businesses and solutions within Publicis Groupe.

The Growth Operations team partners closely with the Chief Business Officer and CM leadership to develop, deploy, and manage growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team is responsible for revenue pacing, commercial management, and strategic analysis of overall business performance and health.

The Director, Growth Operations provides strategic ownership of US Growth Ops products, insights, and processes. This role leads high-impact business analyses, owns benchmark performance against targets, and partners with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue performance and strong commercial outcomes across Growth businesses.

This role requires close collaboration with finance, sales, legal, product teams, and senior leadership, and reports to the VP of Growth Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic business analysis and benchmark frameworks used by executive leadership to evaluate Growth business performance
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert on Publicis Growth businesses and products, informing commercial strategy, pricing, and positioning decisions
  • Lead initiatives independently from concept through execution, proactively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership
  • Move work forward in ambiguous environments, applying good judgment and critical thinking when inputs or information are incomplete
  • Shape and evolve Growth Operations strategy, processes, and operating models in partnership with Growth Ops leadership
  • Oversee contractual compliance related to Growth businesses and products
  • Lead BI dashboarding strategy in partnership with technical development teams, translating business needs into clear briefs and overseeing dashboards from concept through launch, including strong QA to ensure accuracy, clarity, and decision-oriented data visualization
  • Drive continuous improvement of revenue operations processes, including forecasting, pacing, and performance monitoring
  • Provide structure, clarity, and decision-making discipline across a highly matrixed organization

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, finance, commercial strategy, or analytics, preferably within advertising or media
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with executive-level judgment and ownership
  • High strategic proficiency with the ability to connect data, commercial objectives, and long-term business outcomes
  • Proven comfort leading work in ambiguous environments and making informed recommendations without perfect information
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high standards for accuracy and quality
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise, and actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining momentum and accountability
  • Advanced analytical skills, including strong Excel capabilities such as pivot tables and lookups
  • Familiarity with agency operations and digital advertising business models
  • Experience supporting agency or product acquisitions, integrations, or post-acquisition operating models is a plus

Compensation Range: $135,375 - $216,684 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
