UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking a Director, FX Options Trader in New York, NY

We're looking for a Director, FX Options Trader to:
• Provide market-making and risk management for all Foreign Exchange (FX) Options emerging market currency pairs to the UBS client franchise utilizing specialized knowledge of internally developed tools and systems, including Market Maker Gui, FX Cockpit, Thor, Levitas and Brokertron.
• Focus on specialized field of knowledge in FX Options emerging markets currency to maintain accurate volatility surfaces across all the currency pairs by considering client flows and interbank market trades. Manage client flow risks and inventory positions.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of Market Maker Gui and Bloomberg to produce regular trade ideas and market updates, build and manage relationships with clients and prospective clients. Engage in FX Options initiatives to increase the UBS footprint in the U.S. market with a focus on Latin America, and partner with Sales and Strategy teams within Global Markets to capitalize on FX Options opportunities within the U.S.
• Apply expert understanding of specialized knowledge of our internally developed tools including T-Pricer and Market Maker Gui to improve the UBS E-trading offering to our U.S. clients via customized pricing profiles and enhanced technology in FX Options emerging markets currency pairs.
• Support the FX Options Trading division to efficiently and effectively run business operations, while maintaining responsibility for over 50 FX Options volatility surfaces.

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $225,000 to $275,000 /year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering (Any), or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in Finance, Trading, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Market Maker Gui; FX Cockpit; Thor; Levitas; Brokertron; T-Pricer; FX Options emerging markets currency; Managing client flow risks; Market Maker Gui and Bloomberg to produce regular trade ideas and market updates; FX Options initiatives.
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 225000 - max USD 275000 /annum
