Full Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Director, FP&A is a key leader on LucyRx's corporate finance team during a period of rapid, acquisition-driven growth. Backed by private equity firm Summit Partners, LucyRx has completed multiple acquisitions, and the FP&A team now serves as the consolidation hub for all acquired entities. The Director will own the consolidation of financial results across entities, the application of EBITDA adjustments, lender compliance reporting, and the monthly financial reporting package delivered to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board.

The Director will also lead the company's annual budget and rolling forecast processes, partner with department leaders across the organization to manage expenses, and drive the integration of monthly close and financial processes for newly acquired companies. A central priority of this role is maximizing the use of Vena, our new FP&A platform, to automate and standardize consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed, mid-market environment and can move seamlessly between executive-level communication and detailed financial modeling. The Director will manage and develop a team of financial analysts, including a Senior Financial Analyst.
