  • Controls & Compliance: Instill scalable processes to optimize workflow and enforce a robust internal control environment around financial reporting, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and global accounting compliance.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvement across the close, reporting, and controls environment - identifying opportunities to automate manual work, streamline workflows, and scale processes ahead of the company's growth trajectory.
  • Financial Tech Stack & Systems: Oversee and optimize core financial systems - ensuring seamless operation, data integrity, and integration across NetSuite (ERP), Dayforce (payroll/HRIS), Shareworks (equity management), and Navan (travel/expense management).

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical accounting and operational data into actionable insights for the CFO and executive team
  • Unquestioned integrity, transparency, and high ethical standards.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented leader who rolls up their sleeves to streamline processes and resolve system bottlenecks.
