Full Job Description
Renuity is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of High-Volume Recruiting to lead talent acquisition efforts across a designated region as part of our newly implemented regional model. This leader will oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruitment and be responsible for driving performance, scalability, and innovation across their region. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role will collaborate with executive stakeholders, drive sourcing strategy, and lead a team of recruiting professionals to meet aggressive hiring targets aligned with our business objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for all high-volume hiring across your region.
  • Partner with regional and divisional leadership to forecast workforce needs based on labor plans, market dynamics, and business expansion goals.
  • Align hiring goals with company priorities, ensuring recruiting efforts directly support growth initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Oversee, mentor, and develop a regional recruiting team to meet performance standards and deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Architect scalable sourcing strategies that deliver high-quality talent pipelines and adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Partner with TA Operations team to develop new sourcing channels and external partnerships, including community organizations and workforce development programs.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to optimize sourcing ROI and proactively shift strategies based on pipeline health and hiring trends.
  • Lead the recruitment of senior-level or high-impact roles within the region where additional support or influence is needed.
  • Define and manage recruiting KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business metrics and driving accountability across the recruiting team.
  • Utilize analytics and reporting to evaluate team performance, hiring efficiency, and sourcing effectiveness, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to maintain accurate headcount forecasting and reporting.
  • Drive technology adoption and optimization of recruiting tools (e.g., ATS/CRM) to enable greater efficiency and automation
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to Regional Operations and HR leaders, influencing talent strategies and workforce planning decisions.
  • Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers through coaching, advisory support, and training on interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.
  • Champion the candidate experience and employer brand across the region through consistent, inclusive, and thoughtful recruitment practices.
  • Develop a high-performing team of recruiters through coaching, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration within the recruiting team and broader People function.
