Job Duties:

Lead the overall strategy and vision for Oracle EPM implementation and utilization within the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize EPM initiatives aligned with business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of EPM analysts, administrators, and developers. Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM applications, including but not limited to Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS). Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for EPM development, maintenance, and support processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance, IT, and other business functions to ensure alignment of EPM initiatives with business needs. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of EPM processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Lead the evaluation of new Oracle EPM features, upgrades, and technologies. Provide strategic guidance and support for complex financial modeling, scenario planning, and analysis using Oracle EPM tools. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Oracle EPM applications and infrastructure.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related, and 7 years of progressively responsible experience as an IT professional. In the alternative, we will accept a Master's in the above-stated fields plus 5 years of experience in the above-stated occupations. Additionally, all candidates must have 5 years of leadership across the full project life cycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and support. Position is based out of 123 E San Carlos St, Unit 15, San Jose, CA 95112 and may be subject to relocation to various unanticipated locations in the US. Rate of Pay: $388,918.00/year.
