Director of Enterprise Systems to lead our IT platforms, development teams, Project Management Office (PMO), and data analytics functions. This role is key in driving software lifecycle excellence, integrations, platform support, and operational alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead development, PMO, and data analytics teams across a distributed environment
- Oversee software development lifecycle, integrations, and application enhancements
- Set development standards, manage capacity planning, and ensure SLA adherence
- Collaborate with the CIO on IT strategy and roadmap
- Drive IT governance, SOX compliance, and disaster recovery planning
- Provide leadership in vendor management, M&A system integration, and team development
Qualifications:- 20+ years in IT with 10-12 years in leadership roles
- Strong technical background (architecture, security, systems, and databases)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Copado, data development, and PMO management
- Proven success in managing multi-site, multi-vendor IT environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
