ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director, Enterprise Orchestration will help drive the strategy and execution of modern, intelligent orchestration layers across the organization. This role is focused on improving how work gets done by streamlining complex, cross-functional processes spanning IT, Legal, HR, Finance, and other business areas into scalable, automated workflows.

You will partner across the enterprise to evolve traditional service delivery models into more adaptive, intelligent, and user-centric experiences, where routine requests, operational tasks, and support interactions are more seamlessly orchestrated behind the scenes. By leveraging composable automation frameworks and embedded AI capabilities, this role will help advance more proactive, context-aware operations that reduce friction and accelerate outcomes.

A key component of this role is supporting teams as they design and deploy their own workflows, with the right guardrails, shared platforms, and governance in place. The Director will focus on delivering meaningful, high-impact business outcomes while ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with enterprise priorities.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead enterprise orchestration initiatives that align automation opportunities with business priorities across multiple functions
  • Modernize internal service experiences by improving how requests, support, and operational workflows are initiated, routed, and resolved
  • Design and implement scalable workflow frameworks that connect systems, teams, and data into more unified, intelligent processes
  • Introduce AI-driven capabilities into workflows, including conversational interfaces, intelligent routing, and decision support
  • Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value automation opportunities
  • Support the shift toward self-service and guided experiences that reduce reliance on manual intake and specialized intervention
  • Enable business users with intuitive tools, standards, and best practices to help build and manage workflows responsibly
  • Implement governance models that balance flexibility with control, supporting safe and scalable automation across the organization
  • Manage and develop a team focused on orchestration architecture, platform strategy, and delivery
  • Track success metrics and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, cost, user experience, and business impact

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Significant experience leading enterprise workflow automation, orchestration, or service transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of modern automation ecosystems, including low-code/no-code platforms, integrations, and API-driven architectures
  • Experience improving traditional service delivery or support models through more automated, intelligent, and user-centric systems
  • Experience with emerging AI-driven automation and robotic process automation technologies
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, including conversational interfaces and intelligent process automation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other business domains
  • Strong leadership and organizational influence, with the ability to guide change across teams and functions
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks that enable distributed innovation while maintaining appropriate oversight
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, prioritization, and delivery

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Background in media, entertainment, or technology-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with traditional ITSM systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experience building internal platforms that enable self-service workflow creation
