Full Job Description
Trucordia acquires agencies with a wide variety of systems, integrations, and operating models. This Director-level individual contributor role is responsible for evaluating acquired environments, defining how they align to Trucordia's target architecture, and supporting delivery teams through implementation. The first priority will be building a scalable discovery methodology that allows non-architect resources to gather consistent technical information during the integration process. This individual will use those findings to develop integration designs, identify risks and dependencies, and partner closely with delivery teams throughout implementation. Beyond M&A integration, this person will serve as a senior architecture resource across the enterprise, contributing to other high-priority technology initiatives as business needs evolve. Duties and Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a repeatable discovery methodology for assessing acquired agencies, including systems, integrations, data flows, reporting requirements, and technical debt. • Develop the tools, templates, and documentation needed to enable business analysts, project managers, and other resources to execute discovery activities consistently across acquisitions. • Review discovery findings, identify gaps, and ensure information gathered during assessments is sufficient to support architectural planning and decision-making. • Establish and maintain integration patterns, architecture standards, and agency archetypes that accelerate future integrations and reduce implementation risk. • Translate discovery findings into target-state architecture designs aligned with Trucordia's enterprise technology strategy and standards. • Partner with business, product, delivery, and technology teams to evaluate integration options, assess complexity, and define implementation approaches for acquired agencies. • Provide architecture leadership throughout implementation to ensure solutions align with approved designs and enterprise standards. • Serve as a senior architecture resource across the organization, contributing to strategic technology initiatives, architecture roadmaps, and enterprise-wide modernization efforts. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related technology leadership roles. • Deep experience working with insurance agency platforms and related technologies, including systems such as AMS360, Epic, Sagitta, BenefitPoint, Zywave, or similar solutions. • Proven ability to design and implement repeatable frameworks, processes, or methodologies that can be executed by cross-functional teams. • Experience evaluating existing technology environments and translating business and technical requirements into scalable architecture solutions. • Strong understanding of APIs, application integrations, middleware technologies, data architecture, and data movement patterns. • Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, large-scale integration efforts, or complex multi-entity technology environments preferred. • Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and partner effectively with business, product, delivery, and technology stakeholders. • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
