Job Description Summary: As part of our Global Digital Transformation & Analytics team within Corporate Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE), this role spearheads the development of state-of-the-art digital capabilities that protect consumers, strengthen brand trust, and enable predictive quality performance.
We are moving from reactive quality management to a future of connected, intelligent, and predictive Quality & Food Safety operations by leveraging cloud platforms, IoT integration, AI-driven analytics, and harmonized data ecosystems.
The
Director, Digital Transformation - Quality & Food Safety will lead this evolution, partnering with global stakeholders to shape next-generation digital solutions, deliver impactful product roadmaps, and accelerate operational excellence across quality processes.
This position is ideal for an innovation-driven leader with deep expertise in enterprise-scale digital transformation and a strong understanding of Quality & Food Safety systems. What You'll Do for Us- Shape and deliver the digital roadmap for Quality & Food Safety, from strategy through execution, aligning with business priorities to improve compliance, risk management, and operational performance
- Partner with Corporate QSE, Operating Units, Bottling Partners, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to identify high-value opportunities and deliver solutions at scale
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, driving Agile adoption, product ownership excellence, and continuous improvement across an integrated portfolio
- Implement AI-powered and advanced analytics capabilities to enable predictive quality models, anomaly detection, early-warning systems, and real-time decision support
- Develop and deliver integrated data platforms using Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and advanced visualization tools to ensure scalability and governance
- Enable connected manufacturing and Quality 4.0 capabilities through OT and IT integration leveraging IoT frameworks, historian platforms, MES, and unified namespace architectures
- Modernize and optimize Quality Management Systems and related platforms across domains such as HACCP, preventive controls, supplier quality, auditing, laboratory operations, and consumer complaints
- Define success metrics for digital investments, ensuring measurable impact in compliance, quality performance, productivity, brand protection, and cost optimization
- Foster a culture of digital fluency, experimentation, and continuous innovation, championing self-service analytics and training for global teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions through data-driven insights and strategic risk assessment
Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Food Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise digital solutions, analytics platforms, or technology transformations at a global scale
- Minimum 5+ years working with Quality, Food Safety, Manufacturing, or Regulatory operations in consumer packaged goods or related industries
- Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation projects leveraging Agile and product delivery methodologies
- Strong technical background in Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Platform, and AI/ML solutions; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Lakehouse architectures a plus
- Familiarity with Manufacturing OT systems, IoT solutions, historian platforms (PI, AspenTech, or similar), and integration of OT/IT environments
- Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety frameworks (HACCP, FSMA, ISO 22000, GFSI) and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights and influence at multiple organizational levels
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills across global, cross-functional environments
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience balancing innovation with compliance and risk management

Pay Range:United States: 164,000 - 193,000 USD
