What You'll DoWe’re looking for a Director of Delivery & Program Management to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team. In this role, you'll lead and scale the enterprise delivery management and program management team in EDA, unifying both functions to deliver complex, enterprise-wide data, analytics, and AI initiatives to bring more alignment, consistency, and measurable value to our work.
You'll have the opportunity to
- Build, lead, and mature a unified delivery management and program management function supporting EDA priorities through coaching, mentoring, empowering, feedback, motivating, performance management, and active leadership
- Demonstrate thought leadership, building strategy and evolving practices to improve execution, maturity, and business outcomes
- Drive alignment across a highly matrixed organization, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives while supporting the expansion of AI capabilities across the enterprise
- Establish scalable operating models, governance, and standards to strengthen delivery consistency across Agile, hybrid, and program approaches
- Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize work, manage portfolio capacity, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact
- Monitor portfolio performance against goals, driving data-informed decisions, continuous improvement, and value realization of investments
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to bring forward new ideas, share best practices, and promote organizational learning
Who You Are
- 10+ years project, program, initiative management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military experience, or education. Bachelor's degree or post graduate study preferred
- 4+ years leadership experience required of which 2+ years to include people management experience
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail

- Experience leading delivery and program management in data, analytics, or AI-driven organizations
- Familiarity with portfolio management, capacity planning, and value realization tracking
- Experience building or maturing delivery frameworks and operating models at scale
- Background working across Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Ability to drive organizational change and improve delivery maturity across teams
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range$145000 - $190000 / year
Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
