ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Project Management, Program Management or proven technical equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and leading a team
- Experience with varying scenarios of data center infrastructure builds and network augmentations.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)
- Ability to inspire confidence in executive leaders and motivate team members
- Experience leading through ambiguity; proven track record of implementing solutions that improve delivery
- Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
- Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to partner across teams
- Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
