Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?Director - CUSO Program Management and Financials is a strategic leadership position for CUSO (Combined US Operations) for Global Functions Technology, responsible for US Regulatory Compliance, financial and operational reporting streams impacting GFT. You will also manage regulatory program portfolios and compliance initiatives and drive intelligent automation in reporting and data driven decision making combined with AI Engineering. Being the central point of contact for all communication with US CIO office and T&O regulatory bodies you are responsible for reporting status of regulatory compliance, IT Risk Management working with representative leads across Global functions technology. Your responsibilities also include working with the US Technology leadership team to manage portfolio financial reporting.

lead digital transformation at a critical junction-combining regulatory discipline with cutting-edge AI to unlock operational efficiency, reduce compliance risk, and enable strategic decision-making across Global Functions Technology.
What will you do?Risk & Regulatory Oversight- Spearhead Regulatory Remediation Status tracking
- Manage US GIO Office Reporting and compliance documentation
- Oversee GFT/CNB Corp functions and regulatory alignment
- Ensure regulatory filings and reporting accuracy
Program & Portfolio Management- Oversee CUSO Program Management initiatives
- Manage GFT/CNB Functions Technology CUSO Operating Model
- Lead Steerco CUSO/Regulatory operational functions
- Direct T&O RPMO Reporting and regulatory compliance efforts
Business Intelligence & Reporting- Prepare US Business Review Documents working with GFT stakeholders.
- Develop Key Program Financial reports.
- Execute Headcount Reporting and resource planning
- Deliver IT Risk Reporting, EIM findings, and audit issue tracking
AI Engineering & Automation- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for regulatory reporting and compliance automation
- Develop intelligent metrics dashboards and predictive analytics tools
- Build automated data pipelines for real-time risk assessment and trend analysis
- Establish AI governance frameworks for compliance and audit readiness.
- Reduce manual reporting time by 40-60% through automation
- Enhance risk identification through predictive analytics
- Improve regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Enable data-driven decision-making across operations
What you need to succeed?Must have: - Degree in Business or related discipline and/or MBA
- Regulatory compliance and remediation expertise together with financial planning
- Risk assessment and reporting capabilities with cross-functional collaboration
- Executive-level communication and documentation at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, development lifecycle, risks and challenges.
- Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities and stakeholder interests.
Nice-to-have: - Understanding of RBC T&O financial planning systems and processes
- Knowledge and experience in US Regulatory Compliance reporting.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications in enterprise software, content automation, or analytics workflows.
