Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director, CRM & Sales Enablement Strategy to lead the strategy, transformation, and execution of our customer relationship management and sales enablement capabilities. This role will be responsible for defining how commercial technology, processes, data, and insights come together to improve seller effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement, and increase commercial productivity.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Excellence - Tools, Analytics & Insights, this people leader will own the business strategy and roadmap for key commercial platforms including Salesforce and Highspot, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Analytics, and other functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine commercial strategy, digital transformation, product management, and change leadership to simplify the seller experience and ensure our commercial tools drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own CRM and Sales Enablement Strategy: Define and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for CRM and sales enablement capabilities, aligned to Honeywell Aerospace Technologies' commercial priorities and transformation agenda.
  • Drive Salesforce Transformation: Serve as the senior business owner for Salesforce capabilities, ensuring the platform supports effective account management, opportunity management, pipeline visibility, customer engagement, and seller productivity.
  • Lead Sales Enablement Technology: Own the strategy and business roadmap for sales enablement platforms, including Highspot, to improve access to content, sales plays, customer insights, training, and other resources required throughout the selling process.
  • Improve the Seller Experience: Simplify commercial workflows and reduce administrative burden by integrating tools, automating manual processes, improving usability, and designing capabilities around seller and sales-leader needs.
  • Translate Business Needs into Capabilities: Partner with commercial leaders to identify business problems and translate them into prioritized technology, process, data, and analytics requirements.
  • Drive Adoption and Change: Build adoption strategies that extend beyond system deployment, including communications, training, process alignment, leadership engagement, and ongoing measurement of user adoption and effectiveness.
  • Establish Governance: Lead business governance for CRM and sales enablement, including capability prioritization, demand management, release planning, data quality, standards, and investment decisions.
  • Enable Data-Driven Selling: Partner with Analytics & AI teams to embed actionable customer, pipeline, opportunity, and commercial insights directly into seller workflows.
  • Measure Business Value: Establish and monitor KPIs such as seller productivity, CRM adoption, pipeline quality, opportunity conversion, content effectiveness, tool utilization, and commercial process cycle time.
  • Partner Across the Enterprise: Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Offering Management, Pricing, IT, Digital, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure commercial capabilities work together as an integrated ecosystem.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience across commercial excellence, sales operations, CRM, sales enablement, digital transformation, product management, or related disciplines.
  • Significant experience leading enterprise CRM and/or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience translating commercial requirements into technology-enabled business capabilities.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving business and technology organizations.
  • Experience managing and developing teams and/or leading large matrixed organizations.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related discipline.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and modern CRM operating models.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including account management, opportunity management, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution.
  • Experience applying analytics, automation, and AI to improve commercial workflows and seller productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop multi-year transformation roadmaps and translate strategy into executable programs.
  • Product-management mindset with experience prioritizing capabilities based on user needs and measurable business value.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
  • Strong financial and analytical orientation with the ability to build business cases and quantify value realization.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a complex, global, matrixed organization.
