Full Job Description
We currently have an opening for a Director - Critical Infrastructure to join our team. The position is based in our Denver, Colorado location, with regular travel required to support customers, strategic pursuits, industry events, partner engagements, and business development activities. This role is a senior, customer-facing, technical sales leadership position with national responsibilities and direct alignment to the Company's sales organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting business development activities and strategic account growth initiatives nationwide.
  • Leading and supporting customer-facing technical sales efforts.
  • Assisting with proposal strategy, solution development, and executive customer presentations.
  • Providing technical consultation to customers regarding automation, controls, intelligent infrastructure, and operational technology solutions.
  • Identifying customer needs and developing differentiated solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, resiliency, cybersecurity posture, and lifecycle performance of critical infrastructure environments.
  • Supporting the sales organization through technical sales enablement, market intelligence, competitive positioning, and strategic partner development.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, engineering, project delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to drive growth and customer success.
  • Supporting contract negotiations, project pursuits, and strategic account expansion initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automation, controls, systems integration, industrial technology, or critical infrastructure environments
  • Demonstrated success supporting business development, technical sales, consulting, or strategic account management activities.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Data center infrastructure
    • Electrical and mechanical systems
    • Industrial automation and controls
    • System integration architectures
    • Operational technology environments
  • Experience interacting with executive-level customers and technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or mission-critical data center environments
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, SCADA, PLC, BAS, analytics, and industrial control platforms
  • Knowledge of data center commissioning, operational readiness, resiliency, energy optimization, and OT cybersecurity
  • Experience working with major owners, operators, engineering firms, construction contractors, and technology providers
  • Relevant industry, automation, cybersecurity, or vendor certifications

Salary Range:

$200,000 - $230,000
