Full Job Description
As a Creative Director in the B2B Technology space, you are an operational and performance-driven leader responsible for the visual evolution of our brand across all channels. Your primary mission is to transform creative output into a high-velocity engine that accelerates integrated campaigns for the transactional SMB segment, driving demand generation and conversion.

Distinguishing this role, you will focus on performance marketing creative through a scalable, 'AI-first' workflow that minimizes time-to-market for campaigns. You will bridge the gap between big-idea storytelling and data-driven execution, leading a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and videographers.

Key Responsibilities

Velocity & Operations
  • Process Engineering: Design and implement a scalable end-to-end creative workflow (from brief to delivery) that minimizes bottlenecks and maximizes asset throughput.
  • AI-Accelerated Workflows: Build and manage an "AI-first" creative stack to exponentially increase production speed. This includes using generative AI for rapid storyboarding, localized copy variations, and automated extensions to keep the creative engine running.
  • Approval Frameworks: Establish clear, tiered approval gates that empower creatives to move fast while ensuring stakeholder approval.
  • Performance Optimization: Partner with the Paid Media teams to analyze creative performance data.
  • Asset Automation: Oversee the implementation of templated systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, or Digital Asset Management platforms) to enable channel teams.


Creative Leadership & Strategy
  • Visionary Direction: Set the North Star for the brand's visual and verbal identity, ensuring it resonates with technical B2B buyers and C-suite stakeholders alike.
  • Campaign Architecture: Lead the conceptual development of integrated campaigns, ensuring channel consistency from high-level brand awareness down to low-funnel ads.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as the primary creative partner for leadership and Marketing, translating complex ideas into simplified, compelling market narratives.


Team Management & Orchestration
  • Multidisciplinary Mentorship: Manage and grow a core team of copywriters, designers, and videographers.
  • Contractor Ecosystem: Build and manage a "bench" of specialized contractors and agencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Dynamically manage the creative budget and roadmap, balancing internal bandwidth with external spend to meet fluctuating demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • B2B Tech Expertise: 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. You must understand the buyer journey and how to communicate complex value propositions.
  • Operational Rigor: Proven track record of building "Design Ops" or "Creative Ops" functions.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to interpret media reports and performance dashboards. You should be comfortable discussing performance marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Familiarity with Project Management tool, Asana, is essential.
  • AI Integration: A forward-thinking approach to Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Jasper, ChatGPT) to speed up brainstorming, mood-boarding, and versioning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Creative Velocity: Reduction in "Time-to-Market" for new ad sets and campaign launches.
  • Asset Volume: Increase in the number of unique creative variations tested per quarter.
  • Ad Performance: Improvement in performance metrics (CTR/CPA) directly attributed to creative testing and iteration.
  • Brand Cohesion: Compliance with brand guidelines across all external-facing channels.

Target Hiring Range: $195,000.00 to $205,000.00

Base Salary Range

$164,000.00 - $246,000.00
