You'll build and deepen relationships with banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and other regulated financial institutions to identify opportunities across deposits, clearing, payments, and liquidity management. Acting as a senior sales leader, you'll originate new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and position CIBC as a leading Canadian banking partner. Your success will be measured through deposit growth, Canadian Dollar Clearing volumes, client acquisition, revenue generation, and expanded client wallet share.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you'll be on-site full-time

Create account plans that deepen engagement, increase wallet share, and position CIBC as the preferred partner for clearing, payments, liquidity management, and operational banking services.

  • Deliver integrated client solutions - Partner closely with product, operations, and technology teams to bring forward solutions that support deposit acquisition, client retention, and a strong client experience. Identify ways to use settlement accounts, payment flows, and operational banking services to support long-term growth.
  • Monitor market trends - Develop and apply market intelligence on clearing trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs. Use insights to strengthen CIBC's market position and inform sales priorities across the franchise.
