Position Description:

As a DCS, you will own strategic client relationships, lead business growth initiatives, and oversee a team of consulting professionals supporting clients across multiple industries including Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and other commercial sectors. You will have direct accountability for portfolio performance, delivery excellence, member development, and long-term client success.

This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, expand CGI's market presence, and develop high performing teams while working alongside senior CGI leaders in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

This is a hybrid role, which requires someone local to our Minneapolis Office, who is willing to be on-site four days a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Own and develop executive level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of accountability for assigned accounts.
• Lead business evolution efforts within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services and create additional value for clients.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.
• Participate in business development activities including opportunity identification, solution development, proposal creation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Lead and manage assigned operations to achieve targeted financial, operational, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Participate in and oversee the delivery of client engagements, ensuring quality outcomes, risk management, and adherence to CGI delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure the quality of services delivered to assigned clients and proactively address issues impacting client satisfaction or operational performance.
• Lead assignments, recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team members.
• Foster the growth of team capabilities and expertise to align with evolving client needs, market trends, and CGI strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain expertise across relevant industries, business domains, solutions, and technologies, while sharing knowledge and best practices across CGI.
• Collaborate with CGI leadership, industry experts, and delivery teams to strengthen client relationships and expand CGI's footprint within the market.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology services, or industry leadership roles with increasing responsibility for client management and business operations.
• Proven success owning and managing executive level client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience leading business growth initiatives, account expansion efforts, and revenue generating activities.
• Experience managing operational performance with accountability for revenue, profitability, forecasting, and overall business results.
• Strong track record of leading consulting, technology, or business transformation engagements.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams, including managers and senior consulting professionals.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance client satisfaction, operational excellence, talent development, and financial performance.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,000.00 $250,000.00.
