Full Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE

Leads commercial planning and transformation across the global commercial organization, translating strategic priorities into an integrated operating plan and disciplined execution. The role connects regional and functional teams to improve commercial processes, operating models, technology adoption, and cross-functional ways of working-ensuring investments such as Project Bridge, Digital/AI, Project Genesis, and integration initiatives deliver measurable customer and productivity outcomes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Translate the strategic plan and Commercial Leadership Team priorities into an integrated commercial transformation roadmap, annual plan, milestones, resource priorities, and cross-workstream dependencies.
  • Provide commercial planning leadership for Project Bridge and Digital/AI initiatives, ensuring business requirements, customer/partner needs, adoption plans, expected value, milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Define and improve end-to-end commercial processes, tools, governance, and standard work that increase effectiveness, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Lead planning and governance for priority cross-functional commercial transformation initiatives, including dependencies, risks, decisions, and benefit realization.
  • Support commercial integration planning for RUCKUS Networks, particularly customer service/success, commercial business systems, and other assigned workstreams.
  • Partner across the Commercial Transformation team to identify overlapping or duplicative Digital/AI tools and investments; surface rationalization needs and recommendations for decision.
  • Partner with regional Commercial Operations and Customer Service leaders to build scalable solutions within owned workstreams; provide subject-matter expertise to other Commercial Transformation workstreams when commercial planning, process, governance, or execution expertise is needed.
  • Work with Digital/IT and Project Bridge teams to translate commercial needs into requirements, sequencing, adoption, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and People on process changes, capability needs, communications, and change management.
  • Coordinate with integration leaders to align commercial transformation work with RUCKUS integration milestones and dependencies.
  • Partner with Finance to establish baselines and quantify productivity, cost, growth, and customer benefits.
  • Maintain visibility to dependencies, milestones, risks, and decisions across the broader transformation roadmap, including RUCKUS commercial integration.
  • Hold workstream leaders accountable for defining the data quality, governance, and reporting requirements needed within their respective initiatives.
