A Taste of What You'll Do

As Director of Commerce Marketing, you will shape and lead the strategic vision that drives consumer engagement and conversion at the point of purchase across on-premise, retail, and digital channels. You'll partner closely with brand, sales, and distributor teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies that bring brands to life while delivering measurable business results.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will translate consumer insights into breakthrough activation plans that fuel growth and build brand equity. You'll guide the development of scalable, efficient programs while remaining agile enough to capture emerging opportunities across channels. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience and connect with the portfolio, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a cohesive and compelling brand story.

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across customer marketing, regional activation, and agency partners to execute best-in-class campaigns. At the same time, you'll foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, driving alignment and delivering against ambitious growth and profit objectives. What You'll Need
  • Master's degree plus 8 years of organizational capability/process management, distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing corporate finance, or full cycle project/process management reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of organizational capability/process management, distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing, or corporate finance, or full cycle project/process management reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of Gallo distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing, or corporate finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State issued equivalency certificate plus 14 years of organizational capability/process management, distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing, or corporate finance, or full cycle project/process management reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of Gallo specific distributor sales management, distributor sales management, customer development, brand marketing, or corporate finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel by air and automobile up to 50% during the course of business.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Experience making effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to management, public groups, and boards of directors.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
