In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to help shape the future of our business and power innovative offerings fit for the next generation of Wealth Management clients. We're looking for a critical problem solver to bring strong strategy, business, and product focus to the AI solutions we build. You'll be the voice of the business inside the technical team, and the voice of the technical team inside the business.

What will you do?

Strategy and Business Leadership
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify the highest-impact business problems where AI can create outsized value, and surface opportunities that the business may not have considered;
  • Develop and communicate a clear strategy and roadmap for the team's AI portfolio, aligned with broader Wealth Management Data & AI priorities
  • Assess the business case and expected ROI of potential AI solutions, including the financial, operational, client experience, and risk dimensions of impact;
  • Prioritize the team's portfolio of initiatives, balancing near-term wins with longer-term, higher-ambition bets, and adjusting priorities as conditions evolve;
  • Act as the ongoing business owner for the team's portfolio, liaising with stakeholders across the development lifecycle to ensure alignment, momentum, and business value capture;

Product Management
  • Develop a deep understanding of end-user workflows, and ensure our solutions integrate into those workflows seamlessly;
  • Build a working understanding of the business' technology stack, and guide the technical team on which platforms, systems, and data sources our solutions should integrate with, and how;
  • Help the technical team translate business requirements into a clear development plan, including scoping, sequencing, and trade-off decisions on functionality, model choice, and delivery approach;
  • Define business and technical success metrics for each solution, and put in place the measurement mechanisms needed to track performance against them through and beyond deployment;
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach to AI product development, promoting experimentation, structured pilots, and the use of evidence to drive decisions about scaling, iterating, or sunsetting solutions

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior business stakeholders, end-user communities, technology partners, and control functions such as risk, compliance, and legal;
  • Communicate vision, strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly and credibly to senior leadership, ensuring transparency, alignment, and buy-in;
  • Represent the business perspective inside the technical team, and the technical team's perspective inside the business, translating fluently in both directions;
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry trends, and translate external developments into practical implications and opportunities

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Master's or MBA is a plus;

  • Proven experience as a Senior or above Product Manager, with a track record of successfully shipping products in an enterprise environment that drive business impact and customer satisfaction;
  • A track record of identifying high-impact business problems and delivering technology solutions that produced measurable business outcomes in a large, complex enterprise;
  • Strong background in AI technologies and their application in product development, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements, and translate complex technical realities back into business language;
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical judgment, with experience building business cases, defining success metrics, and using data to drive decisions;
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, including the ability to influence without authority;
