- Strong ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions using a structured, process-oriented approach
- Demonstrated success leading change and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadership
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to real business workflows-not just theoretical use
- Ability to move quickly from idea to execution, test and iterate, and scale what works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build alignment and followership
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership; comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or digital/technology transformation roles
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Workday, ERP systems)
- Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives or standing up new capabilities
