Leads the strategic and operational management of Sutter Health Plan’s (SHP) CalPERS relationship, serving as the single point of accountability for contract performance, client satisfaction, and overall program outcomes. Acts as the executive account leader and trusted advisor to CalPERS stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and service standards. Responsible for governance, performance management, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality, cost-effective member outcomes and sustain long-term partnership success.Job Description:

RegularPay Range is $161,616.00 to $258,585.60 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
