WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the AMER region. 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct and channel sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales quotas. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 

  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Drive channel partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives to expand Maxon's presence in key vertical markets and geographic regions. 

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market dynamics to provide regular reports and insights to senior management. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in direct and channel sales leadership roles, preferably within the software or technology industry. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in the AMER region. 

  • Ability to help Enterprise Salespeople identify, nurture, negotiate, and close complex, large (1M Plus) deals with international corporations. 

  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. 

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and customer success. 

  • Ability to travel frequently within the AMER region as needed, and occasionally travel to Germany for corporate meetings.  

 

 

Salary Range*:
USD 250,000 - 300,000 OTE annually (California)
