You will define and drive quality standards, processes, and metrics across internal teams and key external partners, including module manufacturers and critical suppliers. This role owns end-to-end quality-leading root-cause analysis, driving swift resolution of issues, and ensuring robust corrective and preventive actions from development through post-launch. Success in this role will be measured by reduced quality incidents, speed and effectiveness of issue resolution, and your ability to influence and elevate quality across a global organization. This is a highly visible opportunity to work cross-functionally with global teams and shape quality strategy for cutting-edge products serving data center, AI, and computing power markets. Key Responsibilities: • Champion and enforce quality standards across all phases of execution. • Align customer, vendor, and internal requirements to ensure seamless delivery. • Own and resolve quality issues end-to-end, driving corrective and preventive actions. • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives using data-driven insights. • Serve as primary liaison to customer QA teams, ensuring alignment and responsiveness. • Embed customer-specific quality requirements into design, development, and production. • Lead cross-functional teams to rapidly resolve critical quality issues. • Drive adoption of structured problem-solving methodologies across the organization. • Manage external ISO/IATF audits, ensuring compliance and closure of non-conformances.
