  • Lead operational readiness by assessing manufacturing capacity, facilities, supply chain, capital investments, workforce implications, and organizational capabilities required to support future growth.
  • Manage relationships with external consulting partners, coordinating operational assessments, strategic planning activities, and implementation of growth recommendations.
  • Identify execution risks, operational constraints, and cross-functional dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to support successful implementation.
  • Develop executive-level business cases, implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and status communications to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedules, and investment priorities.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
