We are looking for Sr Consultants to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, with focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions) with Advanced Scheduling experience. To qualify, candidates must have: - A related bachelor's degree - Approximately 3+ years Consulting experience - 2 - 5 years UKG Pro WFM and Advanced Scheduling project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or equally complex sectors - UKG Advanced Scheduling Certification is ideal - Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations - Experience supporting or leading business process design, enhancements - Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution, such as Rotation Scheduling and Advanced Scheduling - Experience participating and/or leading client discussions - requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment - An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle - Project management experience is beneficial - Ability to work through a problem with limited information. Demonstrates an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps - Flexibility and ability to travel - on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30% Responsibilities - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts. Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budget - Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes - Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets. - Toronto : $88,000 to $132,000 - London/Ottawa/Waterloo : $83,500 to $125,500 - Vancouver : $88,000 to $132,000 - Victoria : $79,000 to $119,000
