Main Responsibilities:- Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple business sources to surface trends, identify patterns, and deliver evidence-based recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners on solution shaping, supporting discovery workshops, mapping current-state processes, and identifying use cases where agentic AI workflows can streamline operations.
- Translate business outcomes into technical specifications and solution designs, working with product owners to assess feasibility, define success criteria, and shape implementation approaches for digital solutions.
- Design and build agentic AI workflows. Build quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and gather feedback before committing to full-scale development.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and proactively suggest creative applications to real business use cases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback on deployed solutions and iterating based on user insights and performance data.
- Support the adoption and enablement of new digital tools and ways of working across the team, helping colleagues build confidence and capability with emerging technologies.
- Work in an agile environment alongside product owners, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
About You Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required in one of the following areas (or related fields): Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Entrepreneurship, Product Design, or Digital Innovation; Master's degree is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in digital strategy, business analysis, product, or a related field (internship/co-op experience considered toward the minimum).
- Hands-on experience designing or building AI-powered workflows, automation pipelines, or agentic solutions.
- Proficient with modern development and data tools (e.g., Cursor, Snowflake, Python) and Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to prototype, test, and iterate on digital solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, structuring, analyzing, and presenting insights; familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, product management frameworks, or business analysis techniques.

The salary range for this position is:
86,900.00 - 136,900.00 (Includes target bonus)
